Hi, I’m Dr. Emily!

I am a manual physical therapist with specialties in pelvic health, cancer rehabilitation, chronic pain management, lymphedema, craniosacral, and energy work.

I graduated from Stockton University in 2014 with my doctorate in physical therapy. I have experience working in female, male, and transgender pelvic health, and have spent most of my career working with these populations. Learn everything you need to know about pelvic floor health here.

I’ve also advanced my studies in Arvigo Mayan abdominal massage, craniosacral therapies, and visceral mobilization. I have a passion for doing hands-on work to bring healing and alignment to the body while integrating energy work, yoga, and reiki practices to best allow the body to experience restoration, healing, and recovery. I have advanced studies in women’s hormonal health and, in 2015, completed my Women’s Holistic Health Coaching Certification through the Institute of Integrative Women’s Health, with a focus on hormone balancing.

I use all of the skills I have gained from my years in clinical practice and holistic studies for an integrative view of the body to promote recovery from injury, discomfort, or even the slightest irritation.

I teach as an adjunct professor at Georgian Court University in the Integrative Health Department. I also teach vinyasa-style and prenatal yoga classes and am a BirthFit Professional. In addition, I am a Holy Fire Reiki master teacher and run trainings for the energetic empowerment of women.

In my free time, I love to exercise/run outside when the weather is right, read more books than one can count, and snuggle my two adorable cats Luna and Rosie.
